Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems has been established as a designated clinical site for Physician Assistant Students from Bethel University and St. Louis University, as well as Medical Students from NYIT School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Pemiscot Memorial partners with the Arkansas Northeastern College (ANC) Division of Nursing and Allied Health by hosting students enrolled in RN and LPN programs to learn and gain hands-on experience in a real-world healthcare setting. Students completing rounds at Pemiscot Memorial attain an unmatched experience through patient-facing education. We strive to see all students succeed, so we guide students and newly licensed nurses every step of the way to give them the best possible chance of success.

Students who successfully complete nursing school at Pemiscot Memorial Hospital are offered 12-week nursing contracts with full time employment to immediately follow. The competitive positions offer an array of benefits and opportunities to grow and expand as a nurse.
