Joseph Kulpeksa, M.D., Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine
Dr. Joseph Kulpeksa completed a Bachelor of Science from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri in 1979 and received his Doctor of Medicine in 1997 from East Tennessee State University College of Medicine. He completed a residency in internal medicine at James H. Quillen College of Medicine in 1999. Dr. Kulpeksa is board certified in internal medicine and has over 20 years of experience.
Eva Hardin, CRNA - Interventional Pain Management
Eva Hardin is a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in interventional pain management. With over 14 years of experience in anesthesia and 4 years focused specifically on pain management, Eva brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate approach to her practice. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Tennessee at Martin, a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia (MSN-CRNA) from Union University, and an MBA from Bethel University. Additionally, she has received specialized training in interventional pain management under the guidance of renowned expert Jack Neary.
Eva is certified as a CRNA in multiple states, including Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, and Tennessee, and is an active member of both the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the Tennessee Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
With a commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, Eva utilizes a multimodal, balanced approach to pain management. She specializes in combining therapies with minimally invasive procedures to help patients manage chronic pain, particularly those suffering from joint and spinal injuries and disorders. Eva is a dedicated advocate for her patients, empowering them to overcome the physical and mental challenges of chronic pain and regain control of their lives.
Whether working with men or women, Eva designs holistic care plans tailored to each individual’s needs, helping them achieve lasting relief and improved quality of life.

Dr. Colton Gramse, DNP – Psychiatric Mental Health
Dr. Colton Gramse is a highly skilled and compassionate psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner with advanced doctoral training. He holds dual certifications in psychiatric mental health and family practice, and he earned his doctorate from Union University. With a deep passion for mental health care, Dr. Gramse brings extensive clinical experience from diverse settings, including acute care, private practice, community mental health, and long-term care.
In addition to his advanced practice certifications, Dr. Gramse is a certified trauma counselor and adolescent counselor. He is also actively involved as a student pastor at his church, where he serves the community in a spiritual and mentoring role.
Dr. Gramse is trained in innovative treatment approaches, including ketamine therapy, and is committed to exploring new ways to help patients heal. Outside of his clinical practice, he and his wife dedicate their time to medical mission trips, traveling overseas several times a year. Since the onset of the Russo-Ukrainian War in 2022, Dr. Gramse has made multiple trips to Ukraine, providing medical care and support to those in need. His commitment to service and his heart for people extends both locally and globally.
